ABOUT ME
I was born and raised in Los Angeles and lived and worked in Brazil for 5 years. I am passionate about the powerful overlap between Agile Project Management and Social Innovation. As an Executive Coach, Strategic Planning Consultant, Certified Scrum Master, and Manager of cross-functional departments – I specialize in working with talented individuals to break down silos in order to improve processes while co-creating a vision of the future and a roadmap to get there. I do this through coaching and by facilitating strategic planning processes and pilot project experiences.
I am currently finishing my Executive Master of Leadership at the University of Southern California with a focus on strategic planning and social innovation. I have over a decade of experience working in non-profit leadership and higher education. While in Brazil, I co-founded an ESL teacher training company, Beyond the Map, in Rio de Janeiro and worked at the international office of a top-ranked private business school and think tank – Fundação Getulio Vargas/EBAPE. As a serial entrepreneur that has also worked in large organizations, I have seen first-hand what different perspectives can collectively contribute to the world through innovation. I speak Portuguese and English and I love getting outdoors to explore new places.
